La vente se fera au comptant.Les acquéreurs paieront, en sus des enchères, les frais suivants par lot : 25 % TTC
Les frais bancaires pour virements étrangers seront à la charge del’acquéreur.
Les paiements par cartes de crédit étrangères serontmajorés de 1.20% de frais.
Aucun chèque étranger ne seraaccepté.
Le plus offrant et le dernier enchérisseur sera l’adjudicataireet aura l’obligation de payer comptant.
En cas de litige la S.V.V YANN LE MOUEL aura le droit de résoudre la vente etde remettre en vente le ou les lots objet(s) du litige.
EXPOSITION PUBLIQUE
Une présentation des lots ,sur notre site, a lieu préalablement à la vente . Les reproductions des lots sont aussi fidèles que possible, une différence de coloris ou de tons est néanmoins possible. Des rapports sur l’état des lots sont disponibles sur demande etrestent soumis à l’entière appréciation de l’acheteur. Tous les lotssont vendus dans l’état où ils se trouvent au moment de leur adjudication.En conséquence il ne sera admis aucune réclamationune fois l’adjudication prononcée.
CONDITIONS POUR ENCHERIR
La vente se fera dans l’ordre du catalogue. Les attributions ont étéétablies compte-tenu des connaissances scientifiques et artistiquesà la date de la vente. Les dimensions ne sont données qu’à titreindicatif. Si l’adjudicataire n’exécute pas les obligations ci dessus,le ou les lots concernés pourront être remis en vente à la mêmevacation ou à une vacation ultérieure, aux risques et périls decelui-ci. Aucun achat ne sera remis avant le paiement intégral duprix de l’adjudication et des frais de vente de celui-ci.
ORDRES D’ACHAT
Pour les personnes ne pouvant assister à la vente, un formulaired’ordre d’achat inclus dans ce catalogue est à remplir.
La S.V.VYANN LE MOUEL agira pour le compte de l’enchérisseur, selonles instructions contenues dans le formulaire d’ordre d’achat.Les ordres d’achat sont une facilité pour les clients. A ce titre,notre société n’assumera aucune responsabilité si la liaison téléphoniqueest interrompue, n’est pas établie, ou tardive.
Bien que la SVV YANN LE MOUEL soit prête à enregistrer lesdemandes d’ordres téléphoniques au plus tard jusqu’à la fin des horaires d’expositions, elle n’assumera aucune responsabilité encas d’inexécution au titre d’erreurs ou d’omissions en relationavec les ordres téléphoniques. La SVV se réserve la possibilitéd’enregistrer les conversations téléphoniques.
La S.V.V YANNLE MOUEL n’est pas responsable pour avoir manqué d’exécuterun ordre par erreur ou pour tout autre cause.
RETRAIT DES ACHATS
Dès l’adjudication, l’objet sera sous l’entière responsabilité del’adjudicataire. A ce titre il appartient à ce dernier de procéder àun enlèvement rapide, afin d’éviter des frais de magasinage. Lesobjets ne pourront être délivrés qu’après paiement intégral duprix de l’adjudication frais compris, et des frais de manutentionet de gardiennage. L’acquéreur sera lui même chargé de faire assurerses acquisitions, et la S.V.V YANN LE MOUEL décline touteresponsabilité quant aux dommages que l’objet pourrait encouriret ceci dès l’adjudication prononcée. Sauf instructions particulières,les ordres d’achats retournent chez l’expert.Le transport est sous l'entière responsabilité de l'acheteur.

TERMS OF SALE BY AUCTION
All purchases will be paid in cash.In addition to the hammer price, buyers will pay the followingfees and taxes by item:
25 % tax included.
All foreign fees for wire transfer will be charged on the buyer.The buyers will be charged additional fees for foreign credit cardsof 1.20%. No foreign check will be accepted.The successful bidder will be the highest and last bidder andmust pay cash. In the event of a dispute, the Auctioneer has theright to cancel the sale and put the disputed lot(s) back up forauction.
EXHIBITION VIEWING
A pre-auction viewing allows bidders to ascertain the conditionof the sale items. Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examinepersonally any goods in which they are interested, beforethe auction takes place. Condition reports are usually availableon request and remain subject to the personal appreciation of theprospective buyer. All lots are therefore sold in their condition atthe moment of the sale. No claims will therefore be accepted afterthe hammer has fallen.
NECESSARY CONDITIONS TO BID
The order of the sale will be that of the catalogue. Attributionsare based on scientific and artistic knowledge at the time of thesale. Sizes are given only for your information. If the purchaserfails to abide by the aforementioned obligations, the lot(s)concerned may be put back up for auction during the same sessionor during a subsequent session, at the purchaser’s own risk.
BUYING ORDERS AND TELEPHONE BIDS
It is possible for a bidder unable to attend the auction to fill outthe buying-order form appended to this catalogue. The auctioneershall act on the behalf of the bidder, in accordance with theinstructions stated in the buying-order form.A buying order is a service designed to help customers by theAuctioneer, who shall not be held responsible for failing to executean order by mistake or for any other reason, if a telephonelink is interrupted, cannot be made or is delayed.The auctioneer is ready to accept the requests for telephone biddinguntil the end of the pre-sale exhibition, but shall not be heldliable for any failure to execute a telephone bid due to error oromission.The auctioneer reserves the right to record any telephone bidding.
COLLECTION OF PURCHASES
As soon as the hammer goes down, the lot is under the responsibilityof the purchaser.Buyers are advised to collect their purchases promptly, within amonth, so as to avoid storage costs. No purchase shall be handedover by the auctioneer to a purchaser before a complete paymentof the auction price and sales costs, and handling and storagecosts. For payment by check buyers are advised that property willnot be released until such check have been collected.The purchaser is responsible for having his/her purchases insured,and the Auctioneer shall accept no responsibility for anydamage sustained by the lot after the hammer has gone down.PAYMENT.Shipping is under the reponsability of the purchaser.
